Train in an Intermediate Level Salsa on 2/Mambo intensive, over the course of 6 sessions. This workshop will focus on NYC style open shines (footwork) as well as partner work designed for the social dance floor. Class will cover body movement, and arm styling as well as leading and following techniques to implement smooth partner combinations.
***Intermediate level only. Students must have a clear grasp of their timing and basic vocabulary.

ABOUT
The Mambo Romero Dance Company was originally formed in 1998. Directed by Mr. Gabriel Romero, the company reflects the influence of the latin dance experience.
Traveling to the roots of Salsa dance and music (including New York, Cuba and Puerto Rico) opened many new doors of creativity and interpretation.
Our goal is to present a unique and diverse performance style which reflects contemporary changes in dance, but maintains the classic roots and essence of Mambo and Latin dance.
The Mambo Romero Salsa Dance Company pioneered an On 2 salsa dance style in the SF Bay Area, and continues to explore beyond the traditional and expected in the Salsa dance world.
